Ø     ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENTLY IN BAHASA INDONESIA

Ø     MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING FISHING

Ø     VESSEL AT FISHING GROUND, PREFERABLY IN SHRIMP TRAWL

Ø     VESSEL

Ø     WELL ACQUINTED IN JAPANESE MARINE ENGINE MAINTENANCE

Ø     AND REPAIRING

Ø     PREFERABLY HAVING EXPERIENCE IN EAST INDONESIAN

Ø     FISHING GROUND SUCH AS ARAFURU SEA, ARU SEA AND OR

Ø     NEARBY AREAS

Ø     FAMILIAR IN AND COMPUTER LITERALLY SUCH AS : MICROSOFT

Ø     WORD AND EXCEL

Ø     WILLING AND ABLE TO HAVE DUTY ON BOARD WITH HOLIDAY
