Job Information:

This position is in Jakarta, reporting directly to the President Director, managing the whole HR department and working closely with the other Department Heads. Experienced in HR managerial and leadership roles for at least 10 years. Must have excellent leadership and development skills.

Essential Functions:

·          Responsible for planning and implementation of training & development related activities, including employee development and performance management programs.

·          Plan, direct and coordinate other HR policies, procedures and programs, such as recruiting, employee communication/relations, compensation and benefits.

·          In a cost-effective manner, plan and direct the HR group to support the Company's philosophy and strategic plans and to ensure fair and equitable treatment to all employees.

·          Counsel and inform top management of the latest trends, economic factors, laws and political factors that must be understood and considered in order to maintain optimum employee relations.

·          Participate in the establishment of HR department goals and the implementation of procedures and performance standards to achieve those goals. Manage, monitor and evaluate the activities of HR staff directly or through subordinate supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

·          Minimum Bachelor/S1 degree from reputable Universities.

·          Minimum 10-year managerial experience with a strong HR track record.

·          Excellent leadership, development/coaching skills. Strong initiatives and creativity.

·          Strong English skills, both in writing and orally.

·          Skillful in using computers and application programs (MS Office).
