Mengelola kegiatan implementasi perubahan dengan rekanan/unit kerja untuk menjamin tercapainya proses perubahan secara efektif. Menjalankan program komunikasi perubahan dan internalisasi agar perubahan perilaku yang diharapkan dapat cepat tercapai.

 

Tanggung jawab utama:

 

Mengimplementasikan program perubahan sehingga perubahan perilaku yang diharapkan tercapai.

 

Requirement:

      Cerdas, Ramah, Berpenampilan menarik

      Usia maksimal 29 tahun
    *
      Pengalaman 3 - 4 tahun di bidang yang sama
    *
      Pendidikan S1 Teknik / HR/ Management / Communication dari Universitas Terkemuka dengan IPK min, 3.00

Soft skill:

    *
      Memiliki kemampuan  analithical thinking, interpersonal dan komunikasi yang sangat baik.
