Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) is looking for a qualified candidates to fill in the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

In this position, the incumbent will support CCDI Management in providing comprehensive business financial information and analyses, in both written and oral, for decision making as well as optimizing quality, efficiency and effectiveness of planning, reporting and analysis at both country and operation levels; including support business planning process in Operation level. Exposure of your responsibilities are:

    *
      Supporting the Management on any financial analysis inquiries including from CCA Corporate requests especially those related to S&M projects
    *
      Coordinating and consolidating operation Annual Business Plan process across the country in timely manner and in accordance with group requirements; including collecting and distributing assumptions to operations and assisting the operations in their budget preparation process
    *
      Liaising with other functions in gathering detail information in relation to ABP preparation
    *
      Analyzing submitted operation budget financials and give feedback to operations in relation to their budgets to ensure consistency and accountability.
    *
      Providing gap analysis between Corporate Business Plan and Operation ABP financials
    *
      Responsible to perform revenue management analysis and provide recommendation to management to improve net contribution margin by pack, channel and category across the country
    *
      Performing analysis and provide benchmarking on current net contribution margin by pack by channel and by operation
    *
      Providing financials justification related to S&M & HR projects and post-implementation analysis
    *
      Providing NPD value chains including brand, pack, and flavor extensions in liaison with Sales & Marketing, Technical Operation & Logistics team as well as Coca-Cola Indonesia
    *
      Providing Value Chains & Profit Sharing actual performance in liaison with CCI for monthly/quarterly results
    *
      Providing and distribute the allocation of actual quarterly profit sharing to operations
    *
      Providing actual monthly True-Up/incidence by operation to be booked by operation in timely manner
    *
      Providing accrued monthly profit sharing to be included in NCR data base on monthly basis and review monthly true up calculation in NCR data base
    *
      Ensuring internal integrity, uniformity, and consistency by improving the discipline and sense of ownership of budgets in all functions within the Company
    *
      Ensuring internal integrity, uniformity, and consistency by improving the discipline and sense of ownership of budgets in all functions within the Company
    *
      Internal business consulting to all operations for Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis

To become a successful candidate for this position you are expected to have the following minimum qualifications:

    *
      Minimum holding Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university, Master Degree in Management/Finance is an advantage
    *
      Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skill
    *
      Highly skilled in spreadsheet and financial reporting
    *
      Good knowledge of management accounting concept
    *
      Having CMA qualification is preferably
    *
      Having minimum 6-7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting; preferably in MNC and manufacturing industry with 3-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
    *
      Strong Exposure in the revenue management practice and financial valuation of an investment project or New Product Development
    *
      Possess management accounting or cost accounting exposure will be an advantage.
