      Lulusan min. S1 semua jurusan
   3.

      Berpengalaman dalam memimpin
   4.

      Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan)
   5.

      Menguasai keterampilan komputer (Word, Excel, dll)
   6.

      Jujur, pekerja keras, suka tantangan dan berjiwa pemimpin
