This position will be responsible for overall training and development function for sales distribution channels: agency, bancassurance and group business, which including planning, directing and implementing department strategy in line with company goals and objectives.

 
Requirements

    * Bachelor or Master degree from local or overseas reputable university
    * Minimum 10 years experience in sales training and development including 5 years in insurance industry
    * Good experience in dealing with freelance sales force
    * Having good management skill including talent management
    * Excellence oral and written communication skill both in Indonesia and English
    * Having good interpersonal and negotiation skill
    * Having broaden view and awareness in market trend requiremen
