A developing & fast growing company needs some candidates for Finance & Accounting Senior Managers and Supervisors.

Finance & Accounting Supervisor     Post Date: 10 Feb 09

Responsibilities:

    * Supervise all finance and accounting operations
    * Manage all accounts in financial statements
    * Assist in regular financial reporting
    * Ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting
    * Assist in prepare financial budgets and analysis
    * Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations

Requirements:

    * Male max 40 years old
    * Minimum university (S1) degree majoring in Accounting/Finance from good reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00
    * Minimum working experience in Finance & Accounting role for 3 years, preferably in plantation or telecom or mining industry
    * Strong background in financial, accounting, taxation and risk management
    * Has strong leadership skill, good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills
    * Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risks
    * Fluent in English both verbal and written is preferable
    * Preferably having experience in working with Public Accountant Firm
    * Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    * Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized accounting system
    * Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
    * Willing to travel around Indonesia
