    * MALE min 35 years old
    * Bachelor Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering / Management
    * Min 5 years experience in factory management as Manager
    * A good knowledge of factory / manufacturing management

 General Requirements :

    * Computer literate
    * Able to communicate in English. Mandarin will be highly appreciated
    * Able to work in team and also individually
    * Possess Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
