Churn/Retention Expertise     Post Date: 10 Feb 09

Job Description:

   1.
      Conduct comprehensive analysis on customer behavior and preference, using various data we have (internal & external data).
   2.
      Together with Marketing Research Analysis (MRA) setup & conduct survey in various methods to prove the analysis.
   3.
      Develop retention program which match with the profile/behavior/preference of customers.
   4.
      Created retention program which cost efficient and have stickiness to customers and also regional base.
   5.
      Do final analysis on the result of the program to indicate effectiveness of the program.
   6.
      The analysis should be national, regional & channel based.
   7.
      Better understanding about customer needs and demands.
   8.
      Create scoring analysis to our customers based.

Preferable:

   1.
      Experiences in churn analysis & customer retentions area for banking/telecommunication/other services industry for at least 5 years.
   2.
      Good analytics skill, creative, innovative and good personality.
   3.
      Familiar with any data mining application such as SAS, SPSS, etc.
   4.
      Have good presentation and communication skills.
