    * Menguasai fungsi-fungsi HRD secara menyeluruh (recruitment, assessment, training, people development, organisasi development, performance management, industrial relationship, dll)
    * Komunikatif, luwes dan kreatif.
    * Menguasai bahasa Inggris dan aplikasi komputer.
