Finance & Accounting Executive     Post Date: 10 Feb 09


Positions based at:  Jakarta, Indonesia

 

Responsibilities:

    * Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, P/L, Balance Sheet, Taxation)
    * Perform cashier function and manage cash disbursement
    * Input accounting journal entries into system
    * Prepare bank reconciliation and invoice for projects
    * Monitor project payment and cost controlling
    * Prepare payment slips and bank vouchers
    * Prepare and submit management, taxation and statutory reports
    * Support general administrative duties.

Requirements:

    * Degree in Accountancy
    * Must have 2 years of accounting work experience
    * Sound knowledge of financial accounting, taxation and relevant statutory requirement.
    * Strong analytical and computer skills
    * Self starter and can work independently
    * Hardworking and resourceful
    * Good spoken and written English
