Responsibilities:

In Charge in daily invoicing to Customer
*
Responsible for smooth invoicing process to be submitted on time.
*
Ensure proper invoicing and compulsory supporting documents to clients
*
Reviewing and streamlining the current processes to achieve
efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

*
Min Diploma's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
*
Minimum 1 year relevant experience for invoicing team.
*
Prior working experience in handling General Finance and
Accounting, Account Receivable and Account Payable is advantageous.
*
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office and Accounting
applications are compulsory.
*
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are preferable.
*
Willing to be located or preferable living near Tangerang Area.
