branches all over Indonesia and an Exclusive Distributor of one of the
biggest Cellular Operator, is seeking employee for:
TERRITORY MANAGER Post Date: 07 Mar 09
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Reporting directly to Area Manager & National Direct Sales Manager
· Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
· Direct staffing and performance evaluations to develop and manage sales team.
· Direct channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by
establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Male, max 35 years old
· Bachelor Degree.
· Having minimum of 4 year's progressive, direct sales experience,
Preferably in cellular, data and/or telecommunications industry.
· Having specific experience in sales of cellular product (Pre-paid
Voucher & Starter Pack)
Will be a great advantage.
· Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead sales team and admin staff.
· Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, persuasion, reasoning,
and strategic planning skills are required.
