Finance Accounting Supervisor – Job Code : FAS.     Post Date: 06 Mar 09

 

Responsibilities:

    *

      Oversees daily accounting transactions, bank correspondence, and bank reconciliation and cost control activities.
    *

      Responsible for monthly closing report and vendor payment on time.
    *

      Ensure proper billings and invoicing to clients
    *

      Ensure proper accounting of transactions for tax matters.
    *

      Ensure compliance; assist in designing & implementation of internal control systems.
    *

      Ensure the smooth and effective management of the accounting activities which include reviewing and streamlining the current processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

    *

      Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    *

      Minimum 3 years relevant experience for supervisor position
    *

      Prior working experience in handling General Finance and Accounting, Account Receivable and Account Payable is advantageous.
    *

      Posses' extensive knowledge of taxation.
    *

      Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office and Accounting applications.
    *

      Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
