Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operating, managing, training, motivating, controlling sales performance and executing of brand excellence in the store, managing the financial aspect of the business unit and the human resources to achieve company objectives


Qualification:
Male or female, age over 35 years of age, minimum five years experience At the managerial level of a luxury retail business, department store or boutiques and at least 3 years experience in business development plus, possessing good interpersonal skills, marketing, team work, leadership and planning skills, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
