looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:


COMPLEX MANAGER for CIREBON (Code: CMC) Post Date: 02 Jul 09

To be responsible for the day to day management of the Complex and
ensuring the achievement of the operating budget

Qualifications:

*
Graduate from S1 or bachelor degree
*
At least 5 years related experiences working in the same position
*
Strong knowledge regarding Leasing administration and
regulation, Building regulation and Maintenance programs (including
safety and security procedures).
*
Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence
communications skill
*
Willing to be placement in Cirebon
*
English proficiency both oral and written is a must
