General Requirements :

    * Post Graduates (S1) / Professional qualification in Mining Engineering
    * Having minimum 5 years experience in Coal Mining
    * Having experience in Open Pit Design
    * Having POM certificate
    * Develop short and long-term mining plans
    * Responsible for the design, optimization and scheduling aspects of open pit mining projects
    * Good Leadership to subordinates
    * Willing to work in exploration / mining areas
    * Experience in mine design software (Autocad, Mincom Minescape)
